Annual, obligatory blizzard post

Dear Mother Nature,

I like fresh snow too. It's much prettier than dirty, plow-piled, ice-encrusted mounds. And I, too, get depressed by the sight of brown, stifled grass and twiggy, bare trees.

But I feel the need to remind you of that age-old saying, "Too much of a good thing" ...isn't so good at all.

At 21 inches and counting in the last five days, I am, officially, at too much.
