Gotta love small towns. Here in Mount Vernon, they push prescription drugs and alcohol in the same pharmacy:

What better to wash down your Allegra or Percocet than a little Jack Daniels? And I suspect many, many folks here do. And notice they didn't even bother to add the usual pharmacy signage add-ons, like "Bread," "Milk" or "Get your film developed here." Nah... just go for the gusto: "We've got BOOZE!"
And if that doesn't whet your whistle, why not go next door to the Sunoco where you can buy your Bud Light and drink it too? Inside this gas station is a small table and chairs, perfect for a plate of spaghetti and a glass of vino... or the guy who bought a six-pack and drank himself into a happy stupor.
The gas station is relatively new, and when they applied for a liquor license, the owner inadvertently requested the code for restaurants. As a result, they have to maintain a seating area for customers, and some people actually take them up on it!
That's right, folks, scripts, booze and gas—all for your pleasure.

Any houses for sale in the area? :)
